Adobe accelerates video push with $1.3bn Frame.io deal

Creativity powerhouse Adobe has declared it is getting Body.io, a cloud-based mostly movie collaboration system. 

In a press release, Adobe reported the offer is valued at $1.275 billion, and is subject to “customary buy price tag adjustments”. If all goes to program, the offer must be shut in the fourth quarter of Adobe’s 2021 fiscal calendar year, pending regulatory approval and customary closing ailments. Till then, both of those companies will continue running independently.
